I have had great experiences so far with Ira/Group 1 dealerships and most recently with Ira Acura Westwood. Both buying and service were faster and easier than with other local Acura and Honda dealers. I will definitely use them again for service and the next time there is a new Acura in my future I will just start with them to save the time wasted at other dealers.
Bryan was very helpful. It’s absurd they Porsche Westwood doesn’t perform inspections but I’m happy to say Acura does efficiently.

** suggesting good rate for excellent credit but ended up higher than what was presented before signing;
** promised registration done the same day as/ next day of delivery date, ended up waiting for next week after a long weekend

They go over everything and explain everything that needs to be done and why. I also had my car detailed today and was very very impressed with the job that was done.
2019 MDX reliability is extremely poor 4 recalls and over $8,000 repair expenses for a 5 year car including a a timing belt replacement which should never happen!!!! Will go with Lexus for next vehicle
