* Scheduled a test drive for a specific vehicle - ended up test driving another one because they "forgot" to fill the gas.
* Saleman failed to fulfill his job:
** suggesting good rate for excellent credit but ended up higher than what was presented before signing;
** promised registration done the same day as/ next day of delivery date, ended up waiting for next week after a long weekend
** when registration done, he lost it somehow, while lying that they put it in the vehicle's compartment box - only realized when I drove home

I had my Acura MDX serviced today at Ira Acura of Westwood. Marc Cesare greeted me immediately and quickly checked me and told me it would be 60-90 minutes. The process was quick, and Marc was efficient, pleasant and professional. Clearly my technician (Emily Rappa)was very efficient as my car was ready in less than an hour. They go over everything and explain everything that needs to be done and why. I also had my car detailed today and was very very impressed with the job that was done.
2019 MDX reliability is extremely poor 4 recalls and over $8,000 repair expenses for a 5 year car including a a timing belt replacement which should never happen!!!! Will go with Lexus for next vehicle

Great communication skills. The service staff was amazing. Came into the dealership with an issue on my vehicle and they were quick and precise to solve the matter.
Work is precise and response times are good. But watch out for hidden costs. They charged $20 for 3.6 gallons of gas on the loaner car and this was billed as a separate transaction to my credit card (without my knowledge). There was no mention of any fees to use the courtesy car.
Once I get the notice on Friday with the recall on the fuel pump called fall on Wednesday, made the appointment everything went well plus other maintenance work that was done after the fuel pump and everything was perfect. Thank you.
